Subsequent Visit
30–45 min
Follow-up appointments combining reassessment of your progress with hands-on treatment. Your chiropractor will adjust the treatment plan as your body responds, progressing from pain relief toward function and long-term health.

Remedial Massage — 60 min
60 min
A focused deep tissue or remedial massage session targeting the areas of greatest tension and dysfunction. Combines trigger point therapy, myofascial release and sports massage techniques. Claimable through most health fund extras.

An extended remedial massage for whole-body treatment or when multiple areas require attention. Ideal for complex presentations or high-demand athletes. Includes a brief postural assessment and exercise recommendations.

Dry Needling (Add-on)
15 min add-on
Dry needling uses fine acupuncture needles to target myofascial trigger points — releasing deep muscle tension that hands alone can't easily reach. Available as an add-on to chiropractic or massage appointments.

Accepted health funds
