1. About these terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mobile Spine Clinic website and your booking of our services. By using this website or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
Mobile Spine Clinic (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Mobile Spine Health Pty Ltd (ABN 11 656 670 978) and provides mobile chiropractic services across the Sydney metropolitan area. Our Privacy Policy and our Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy form part of these Terms.
2. Our services
We provide chiropractic assessment and treatment delivered to your home, office or other location within our service area — within 25 km of both Sydney CBD and Blacktown CBD. If you are unsure whether we reach your location, please contact us before booking. Our chiropractor is registered with the Chiropractic Board of Australia (AHPRA registration: CHI0002895253).
3. No medical advice
The content on this website — including articles in our Knowledge Hub — is general information only and is not medical advice. It is not a substitute for a consultation with a qualified health practitioner. You should not rely on website content to diagnose or treat any condition. Always seek advice from a registered practitioner regarding your individual circumstances.
4. Not an emergency service
We are not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 000 immediately or attend your nearest hospital emergency department.
5. Bookings and appointments
- Appointments can be requested through our online booking system (Cliniko), by phone or by email. A booking is confirmed once we accept and confirm it.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking, including a safe and accessible location for a home visit.
- We may decline or reschedule an appointment where it is outside our service area, unsafe, or otherwise not clinically appropriate.
6. Children and consent
Patients under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian consent to treatment and be present during the appointment. For all patients, we will explain the proposed care — including its benefits and any material risks — and obtain your informed consent before treatment begins. You may ask questions, decline any part of treatment, or withdraw consent at any time.
7. Cancellations and missed appointments
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer the time to another patient. Our Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy (published on this website and referenced in your booking confirmation) sets out the fees:
- More than 24 hours’ notice — no charge
- Less than 24 hours’ notice — 50% of your scheduled appointment fee
- Missed appointment, or cancelling after your chiropractor is already travelling to you — 100% of your scheduled appointment fee
These fees are a genuine pre-estimate of our loss, may be waived at our discretion (for example, for genuine emergencies or a first occurrence), and cannot be claimed from your private health fund.
8. Fees and payment
- Fees for services will be advised to you before or at the time of your appointment.
- Payment is made in person at the time of service via a Tyro EFTPOS terminal.
- If you provide card details or a deposit when booking, you authorise us to charge any cancellation or missed-appointment fee to that card (or deduct it from your deposit) in accordance with our Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy. Card details are stored securely by our payment provider, not by us.
- We do not currently process private health fund claims on your behalf. We will provide an itemised invoice/receipt that you can submit to your health fund to claim any rebate you are entitled to. Rebates depend on your individual level of cover and are a matter between you and your fund.
9. Refunds and consumer guarantees
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including that services will be provided with due care and skill, be fit for their purpose, and be delivered within a reasonable time. If you believe a service we have provided does not meet these guarantees, please contact us — depending on the circumstances, remedies may include re-supplying the service or a refund, as the Australian Consumer Law requires. We do not provide refunds for change of mind after a service has been delivered. Cancellations before a service is delivered are handled under our Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy.
10. Your responsibilities
- Provide honest and complete information about your health and medical history.
- Ensure the visit location is safe and accessible for our practitioner and equipment.
- Follow reasonable care instructions and advise us of any adverse reactions.
11. Complaints and feedback
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please tell us first — call 0449 689 527 or email info@mobilespinehealth.com.au and we will work to resolve it promptly. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact:

- AHPRA / Chiropractic Board of Australia — ahpra.gov.au — 1300 419 495 (concerns about a registered practitioner)

13. Third-party services and links
Our website integrates third-party services (such as our online booking system) and may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, products or practices of those third parties, and their use is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.
15. Privacy
Our handling of your personal and health information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website, with the “Last updated” date shown above. Continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be severed, and the remaining Terms will continue in full force and effect.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
